Volunteers for the Trenton, NJ Animal Shelter and the Volunteers for Delaware Valley Second Chance for Animals thank you for visiting our site.  We hope we can answer most of your inquiries.  

These two groups work together to help cats from both the city of Trenton and the surrounding areas.  We are completely separate and independent groups but share many resources, including volunteers and websites.  

The Trenton Volunteers represent animals brought into the Trenton Animal Shelter and work under the city’s auspices.  Delaware Valley Second Chance for Animals (DVSC) is a full non-profit 501(c)3 organization which helps cats and dogs who do not originate from Trenton Shelter.
